If I had to rely on an “expert” to tell me how to heal up after an injury…I would spend most of my time not doing those things that I love.
I am no so-called “expert”…just a guy who has truly figured out some things in life…some practical things that actually work. One of those things is some very simple ways to overcome injuries quickly and safely. In fact…I have learned in my 20+years of natural health consulting and 40+ years of being an athlete how to give the body exactly what it needs to heal from an injury in far less time than if I were to consult an “expert” on the subject.

I absolutely love soccer! I play hard and with that comes injuries on a regular basis. I play every Sunday and various times throughout the week as well as coach multiple teams. Nearly every week of the year I need to be able to play or show someone else how to play soccer.
I often walk away after games with an injury of one sort or another. If I did things the way we are told…I would only play a game every 3-4 weeks or worse. I’m glad I discovered ways to get back playing within 48-72 hours…so I rarely if ever have to miss a game.
Even if I weren’t playing though…it is miserable being hindered from being able to live life the way I want to live it. I am sure you can relate…and I am sure you can appreciate information that would enable you to be able to get back to those things in life you really like doing in just a couple of days rather than weeks or more.
It really is a “bummer” to not be able to play with your kids in the yard…or go on that hike with your friends…or simply be able to do your job properly. I love to do many things…including snow skiing, water skiing, fly fishing, coaching, working outside, and especially playing with my kids among other things.
My relationships suffer, my outlook on life suffers and my general demeanor suffers when I am injured and not able to engage in a full life. I am here to start a revolution of getting people back to living their lives 5-10 times quicker than before. Why are we still doing things that don’t work very well when there are better ways available?
I look around this world and at other people’s lives and I ask this question over and over again. In this area of recovering after an injury…I ask the same question…Why? Why would you want to spend more of your precious time in life dealing with pain than is absolutely necessary?
And, why would you choose to use an outdated and antiquated method such as ice when it is not only uncomfortable but time consuming as well? Why not instead simply use the principles in my book and learn to get back to living within a couple of days or so in a way that is much easier to do?
